Christy Little

Christy Little became the Director of Children and Youth Ministries at Saint Andrew's in March 2017. Prior to joining Saint Andrew's, Christy served for 12 years at Kent Island UMC as Middle School Coordinator, doing everything from Sunday School to Confirmation to Youth Rallies. Christy also taught grades K-6th at Kent Island Christian School. Her duties there included instructing computer lab, assisting in core subjects, leading opening devotionals each morning, and leading 2nd Grade Bible. Christy established an after-school Bible Study for 3rd-6th graders as well as a school-wide monthly missions’ program. Christy also served at Calvary UMC in Annapolis as the Director of Children and Family Ministries for three wonderful years. At Calvary, Christy planned community-wide festivals for families and created unique opportunities for the children, including a children-led worship service and 24-hour mission lockdowns at church.

Christy has lived in Maryland all her life. Christy and her husband Mike have been married for 33 years, and they have three wonderful sons with two incredible daughters of her heart. Christy also has four young grandchildren (two boys and two girls)!
