Jessica Farrell

Jessica Farrell joined Saint Andrew’s in the summer of 2022 as a lead camp counselor for the Lava Heron's rising preschoolers. That fall, she was delighted to begin working in the classroom as an assistant pre-k3 teacher. She brings lots of fun learning experiences through crafts, yoga, and dancing and loves being a part of Saint Andrew’s faculty and preschool team.

Prior to working at Saint Andrew’s, Mrs. Farrell worked in a public school for the special education department as a teacher’s assistant. She also held a part-time position as the school’s attendance secretary. Mrs. Farrell has taught yoga to children and adults since 2010, often working with under-resourced communities that greatly benefited from a weekly yoga class. She also had a long career as a fashion photographer and creative director for national retail companies in Philadelphia, New York, and Annapolis, traveling around the country and parts of the world creating campaigns for companies like Urban Outfitters and South Moon Under. She still enjoys photographing families, kids, nature, and sports.

When not in the classroom, Mrs. Farrell loves being a supportive travel soccer club mom, hiking, camping, bonfires on the beach, and growing and cooking organic food. She lives in the Annapolis area with her husband, son, and German Shephard.
