I began teaching at Saint Andrew’s part-time in 2015 where I taught PreK to First Grade PE and Spanish for three years. In 2018, I found my home in PreK 3. I love teaching our youngest students and giving them a fun and positive school experience. I believe that providing them with an environment where they feel safe and loved builds confidence in themselves to take risks in learning.
Throughout the school year, I typically offer several enrichment programs including Move and Groove and Life Size Games. In the past, I have been a coach for our elementary soccer program. I also work with several students each year providing academic support after school.
I grew up in Bowie, MD and attended the University of Maryland (Go Terps!). Four years ago, I moved to the Eastern Shore and currently live on Kent Island. I love being outside and spending time with my family and my two dogs!
