At Saint Andrew's since 2018
BA, University of Maryland
After graduating from the University of Maryland, I worked for the National Security Council during the Ford, Carter and Reagan Administrations. With a young and growing family, I became a licensed home daycare provider and later taught three year olds in a Frederick preschool.
I was very active in the Myersville community, volunteering at the elementary school and then serving on the Myersville Planning Commission, while later serving as the Chair of the Maryland State Planning Commissioners Association for several years. I was also very active with my church, serving on the council, working on the fun things such as Christmas parades, spaghetti dinners, and summer movie nights.
I moved on to a few positions in the aviation industry. I had the pleasure of working on the opening of the new terminal at Reagan Washington National Airport and travelling to over 30 cities in 20 states putting on conferences.
I have started two different businesses, a management services company in Frederick and an event planning business with my sister at Smith Mountain Lake Virginia. While in Virginia for a few years, I served as the Firm Administrator for a law firm specializing in business law.
I came to Saint Andrew's and back to Maryland to be near family and am so very happy to be here.
